Abstract


One of the most important and widely used topics in Arabic syntax and at the same time effective in meaning is the discussion of letters and their meanings. "Kolla" is one of those letters and 33 of them have been identified in the Holy Quran. Letters have been considered mainly in the field of knowledge of syntax and have not yet found their place in the knowledge of rhetoric. The present article tries to understand the meaning of the style in which "Kolla" is used in it by looking at the noble verses of the Qur'an and reveal the rhetorical purposes hidden in it, in order to endow it through this passage, paying attention to Meaning is made. Examining examples of the use of kola in the Holy Quran and expressing some of their semantic differences and rhetorical purposes is what distinguishes this research from other books and articles that have been written so far.
