Abstract
Abstract: One of the important aspects of the science of principles of jurisprudence is the conflict between the evidence and the conclusion between them, and so far there have been those who have presented incorrect interpretations of religious texts without paying attention to these teachings. The purpose of this study is to express the non-contradiction and conflict between the narratives of infectious diseases and that Islam not only did not deny infectious diseases, but also had teachings about these types of diseases aimed at saving human lives and breaking the chain of transmission of infectious diseases.In this regard, narrative sources and principles of jurisprudence based on the keywords: infectious disease, covid-19, denial of infectious disease, proofs of infectious disease, summation between narrations, conflict of narrations, stable and unstable conflict, review and a major part of the evidence of the two existing theories are collected and It was discussed and finally, with the help of basic and hadith rules, we came to an impartial conclusion.
